The following photography material presented in this gallery is my own intellectual property, created over the years since I began in 2008. Currently, selected works are available as downloadable files through GUMROAD. Please note that this system is being updated to provide collectors with exclusive access to two key formats: the original high-resolution .jpg file and an enhanced .png version improved with AI for higher detail and print quality.

Fine art prints through ArtPal and Gumroad are no longer available, as I have decided to manage full exclusivity for each piece. Once acquired, the collector becomes the sole holder of the artwork with the ability to request NFT certification and enjoy commercial rights associated with the digital files. Any test prints must be destroyed, and only one final print may be kept for personal enjoyment and private collection. This ensures the uniqueness of each piece while protecting my work from unauthorized use or fraud.

This system also eliminates shipping delays and costs, giving the collector freedom to choose the desired size for their print. Each download includes the original .jpg file, the AI-enhanced .png version, a certificate of authenticity, and technical documentation. These documents also provide specifications for recommended paper types and printing systems to ensure optimal results.

All usage of my work is protected by international intellectual property laws. Only the collector who acquires the complete digital artwork package through Gumroad — including files, certificate of authenticity, and documentation — is granted permission to print the image for personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of the work without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
